Mail Check with Printable Order Form

Use the Checks Order Form to calculate your total, print, submit and mail with a check.
The Checks order form may be used as a worksheet for pricing.
Print then Submit your form to give us a "heads up" on your order and begin the process of making it for you. We will not cut pieces for your order until a check is received and cleared.

Using PayPal is recommended as the faster, more efficient method of payment,
